Santa

Join the North Suburban YMCA on Sunday, December 23 from 10:00am-11:30am for Breakfast with Santa! Bring the children down to the gym for an eventful morning full of fun activities.

The kids will get the chance to see Santa and tell him their wish list for the holiday season. A delicious continental breakfast will also be provided. And that's not all!

The gym will be bustling with activity as the children play in the bounce house or make holiday crafts to decorate the home with. To make the morning even better, Christmas carols will be playing, getting everyone into the holiday spirit.

The YMCA is also looking for volunteers to help set up for this event, work the craft tables, manage the bounce house and manage the food. Volunteers will be asked to come to the YMCA from 9:00am-11:45am. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the YMCA at (781) 935-3270.

holiday house

Woburn Patch is participating in the second annual Deck the House contest, allowing neighbors to submit photos of their homes decorated for the holidays and be entered into a national competition to win $100,000 for local public schools!

This is how it works. Neighbors have until December 16 to submit their pictures here. People will then have the opportunity to vote on the Best Decked House here.

One house in Woburn will be chosen as the Best Decked House in the Woburn Patch. In addition, 24 national finalists from Patch communities across the country will be selected by Patch judges and awarded $500 for their December electric bills.

The house with the most votes in all of the Patch communities across the country will be chosen as the grand prize winner and receive $100,000 to go towards their local public schools.

Enter your house now and win the title of Best Decked House in Woburn (and possibly one hundred grand for Woburn Public Schools!)
