The Joyce Middle School's annual Winterfest Concert will take place this Thursday evening at 7pm.  At the end of the concert, the PTO will anounce the winners of the Holiday Cash Rafllfe (1st prize - $500, 2nd prixze - $250 and 3rd prize - $100).  Raffle tickets will be on sale before the performance and during intermission.

The Woburn Public Library will be holding its Holiday Program December 13th at 2pm at the library.  The program will feature the Bell Ringers of the Memorial Congregational Church in Sudbury.

The festivities will also include a performance by local singer Caitlin Doherty, accompanied by Marion Mulrenan Murphy, raffles, and refreshments.  read more »

The 14th Annual Festival On The Common will be held Saturday, Nov. 29, 3 to 7 p.m. in Woburn.  The festival features live continuous holiday music performances from the steps of City Hall, free singing hayrides on horse-drawn wagons, ice sculpting demonstrations, roaming carolers, food courts, and the Woburn Fire Department Smoke Safety House. The Woburn Ladies Sons of Italy Lodge is holding its seventh annual Holiday Craft Fair on Nov. 8th, from 9 AM. to 3:30 PM. at the Sons of Italy Hall, located on 168 Lexington Street in Woburn.  There will be about 50 tables filled with crafts, including, quilts, flower arrangements, table runners, candles, lotions, jewelry, handbags, stained glass and woodwork and other creative holiday gift ideas.  This year's event will be benifiting the Woburn Memorial High School Scholarship Fund, so please join us in supporting this worthy cause.  read more »
