The North Suburban YMCA staff is asking area residents to join them Saturday, Sept. 20 through Saturday, Sept. 27 for a week full of fun and exciting events and activities meant to encourage individuals and families to live a healthy and active life.
America On the Move is a national non-profit initiative dedicated to improving the health and quality of life by promoting healthy eating and active living for individuals, families, and communities.The goal is to encourage individuals and families to make two small changes each day; take 2,000 more steps (or activity equivalent) and eat 100 fewer calories (by eating smarter).
This year the North Suburban YMCA in Woburn will hold a variety of events and activities for all ages to celebrate America On the Move Week which will kick off on Saturday, Sept. 20.  read more »

The North Suburban YMCA is offering swimming lessons over the week of April vacation for a minimum donation of $25 each lesson. All proceeds go directly to the Reach Out Annual Fund, the YMCA's financial assistance program, which gives financial assistance to families and children in need, ensuring that no one is denied access to YMCA programs. If you sign up for more than one lesson or donate $50 or more, you will receive complimentary tickets to a pizza party with a Boston Bruin.  read more »

Santa is coming to The North Suburban YMCA on Friday, December 14th from 5:30-7:30pm.

Grab your camera and get great shots of the kids with the one and only Santa. Stay for face-painting and fun holiday crafts. Food will be available for purchase so you can have dinner with friends and family.
Registration is required and participation is free to both facility and community members!

You can register at the North Suburban Family YMCA front desk up until the event on the 14th.
