Notre Dame High School LawrenceNotre Dame High School’s unique Hire4Ed work-study program enables students -- who normally couldn’t afford a private, Catholic, college-prep education -- to earn the majority of their tuition by working one day a week at an entry-level job in a professional environment. The school provides van transportation to over 60 firms within a 45 minute radius of Lawrence, ranging from banks to hospitals, small businesses to colleges. Every member of the class of 2008 earned acceptance to four-year colleges -- most were the first in their families to graduate from high school and are the first to attend college.
