Food Pantry Needs Your Help

The Council of Social Concern Food Pantry is asking for donations of perishable and non-perishable food items to help stock the shelves.

Food donations are typically at the lowest point of the year during the summer months. With schools closed, church attendance down, businesses short-staffed and individuals and families in vacation mode, it is understandable that donations would be down. However, this makes it difficult to keep the shelves stocked for those who are struggling and depending on the Food Pantry to help feed their families. Right now, inventory is extremely low and the shelves are almost empty. Please donate today and help fill the shelves!

All food donations, within date, may be dropped off at the Council of Social Concern Food Pantry at 2 Merrimac Street in Woburn Mondays–Fridays between 9:00AM to 4:30PM. If you wish to make a monetary donation, please make your check out to Council of Social Concern and write Food Pantry on the memo line.

Thank you in advance,
