SCI is pleased to be joining with the the Woburn Redevelopment Authority (WRA) and the Woburn Residents Environmental Network (WREN) to present the Citizens Park Concert Series. Now in its sixth year, this series brings a diverse array of talented musical groups to perform for Woburn residents. Bring your family, friends, and lawn chairs to Citizens Park to enjoy some great music and the company of your fellow community members. Citizens Park is located on Main Street (Route 38) in Woburn Center, across from the Common. All concerts will start at 7 p.m. | ||

The 23rd Annual Summer Fun-Runs are sponsored by the Recreation Commission, and will be hosted by "Friends of Woburn Track" and supported by the Shamrock Running Club. The runs will be held on the following dates: Thursday, July 17 The distance is: 2.5 miles - 6:40 p.m. 13-15; 16-18 0.8 miles - 6:15 p.m. Age Groups: 5-under; 6-8 Walkers Welcomed Start: 7:00 pm

On Tuesday, July 22, 2008, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Woburn Recreation Department and Woburn Rotary Club will be sponsoring Family Night At Library Park. Come down to Library Park and enjoy good food and music with your family! Food will be served starting at 6:00 p.m. The Children's Concert will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Following the concert, there will be an outdoor movie. Fun activities will be available for the children including Moonwalk, Fire Safety House, and other children's games. | ||
