Meets Thursdays at 9:30am to Noon beginning October 18th for six weeks. The program is designed to educate and empower participants to manage and take control of their health. Topics will include: Coping with barriers and frustrations; Managing symptoms; Working with health care providers; and Incorporating fitness and nutrition into your lifestyle. Start: 12:30 pm
End: 2:30 pm
Meets Thursdays at 12:30pm to 2:30pm beginning October 18th for six weeks. The first four sessions will include: Smart food group choices; Balancing food and physical exercises; Getting the most from your calories and Making small changes that result in healthy habits. | ||
