This week the discussion will be focusing on What is the impact of the aging population? and will be presented by Jack Cross from Home Instead of Senior Care in Lexington.
A breakfast buffet for those attending the lecture will be served at 9:45am for $1 per breakfast, supported by “Friends Helping Seniors” and AARP Secure Horizons. Breakfast will be followed by the free lecture at 10:30am.

Directions to the Woburn Senior Center: From 128: Take Exit 35 (Route 38, Woburn/Wilmington). Head North on Route 38 and at the first set of lights coming out of the rotary (Stop & Shop will be on your left), take a right onto Alfred Street. Follow this winding road for almost a mile, bearing left at the fork in the road. At the end of the road you will come to a stop sign, take a left onto School St.
