The Intergenerational Program, which takes place on July 16th and runs from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, brings local senior citizens and youth together to talk and lean about their differences and similarities.  It provides opportunities to share knowledge and experience to develop a better understanding of a different generation.  Campers from the North Sububan YMCA and seniors will meet at the Woburn Senior Center.  The Woburn Senior Center is located at 144 School Street in Woburn.  To register for the unique program call the registration office at 781-897-5963

For further information contact Judy Tanner at 781-897-5963.

Directions to the Woburn Senior Center: From 128: Take Exit 35 (Route 38, Woburn/Wilmington).  Head North on Route 38 and at the first set of lights coming out of the rotary (Stop & Shop will be on your left), take a right onto Alfred Street.  Follow this winding road for almost a mile, bearing left at the fork in the road.  At the end of the road you will come to a stop sign, take a left onto School St.

Council on Aging Programs are made possible by the City of Woburn and the Woburn Council on Aging  (via the Executive Office of Elder Affairs) and “Friend’s Helping Seniors, Inc.” All Woburn Senior Center activities are handicapped accessible.
