brick pathThe Pathway to Knowledge at Woburn Memorial High School is entering the second phase of brick sales and will be ongoing until Jan. 15.   This is an opportunity for community members to become part of the Pathway and also help the Woburn High School’s Scholarship Fund (WHSSF).  Proceeds from the sales of the bricks benefit the WHSSF and graduating seniors every year. Hundreds of residents, students, and businesses that have already purchased a brick in the Pathway.  Purchasers can have a brick engraved with the name of a loved one, a family, a business or group name, with two or three lines.  The prices are $60 for two lines and $85 for three lines engraved.

The area has been designed to make a natural transition from the new building to the new athletic fields. Thousands of students and residents walk through the area on their way to school and to the many games held on the fields. There are benches and trees lining the pathway, creating a beautiful spot that compliments our new school.  The WHSSF has been helping graduating WMHS students since 1958 and the proceeds from these engraved bricks will be put into an endowment to help WMHS students for many years.  Email Chris Kisiel at chriskiss@rcn.com to have a form sent to you or to find out where to pick up an order form in the city, call him at 781-933-1432 or Rosemary Donovan at 781-932-1341.
