Free Fitness Workshops at the YMCA This Month!
The North Suburban YMCA (137 Lexington St., Woburn) is offering healthy lifestyles fitness workshops for the month of May!
- Saturday, May 4, 12-1p.m.: Nutrition for Exercise- Before, During, and After- Learn what foods will help your endurance, muscle and recovery.
- Wednesday, May 8, 9:15-10:15a.m.: Obstacle Course Training- Learn how to prepare and train for an obstacle course race without getting injured.
- Monday, May 13, 10-11a.m.: Save Your Knees- Learn simple and efficient ways to take better care of your knees during a workout plus new ways to support healthy knee functions.
- Thursday, May 16, 11a.m.-12p.m: Good Running Form With New Balance- Learn proper running form to help you run longer, faster and more comfortably.
