Council of Social Concern Food Pantry Needs
The Council of Social Concern's Food Pantry is in dire need of non-perishable food items. This timeThe of the year is usually difficult to keep the Food Pantry shelves full.
In the past, the residents of Woburn and Winchester have helped Social Concern to serve "neighbors in need" by donating food items to the Food Pantry. Once again, Social Concern is asking residents of both Woburn and Winchester to help stock the shelves. With a little help from everyone, they will be able to fill their shelves and ensure that individuals and families have nutritious foods available to them.
Below is a list of non-perishable food items that are in need:
Canned Fruits & Canned Vegetables
Cereal (hot & cold)
Jello & Pudding
Donations can be dropped off at Woburn Council of Social Concern, 2 Merrimac Street, Woburn Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. for more information go to http://www.socialconcern.org/?q=node/9.
