Children's Halloween Party at the Public Library!

children in costumes

Although the Woburn Public Library recently hosted a Halloween Party for adults, they certainly did not forget about the children! Bring the kids, dressed up in their spookiest costumes, for a Halloween Party at the Library on Monday, October 29 from 3:30-4:30pm.

The children will enjoy both funny and spooky Halloween tales read and told by Cynthia Fordham and Karen Mattes. Other highlights for the afternoon include a mummy-wrapping contest and yummy treats!

Party-goers will also have a chance to enter the Dino-basket raffle. By purchasing tickets, which cost $2 each or 3 for $5, you will have a chance to win a basket full of dinosaur-themed books ($80 value) donated by the Fernald Family. The drawing for the basket will take place at the end of the party. Proceeds from the raffle will go towards the Library Building Fund.
