Traces of the trade
We at SCI are proud to announce that we will be showing the documentary film "Traces of the Trade" at the Woburn Memorial High School Auditorium this Thursday, Nov. 13th. The screening of Traces of the Trade : A Story of the Deep North will take place at 7 pm. The film tells the story of one New England family's role in the slave trade. The powerful film moves viewers to reconsider issues of race. A facilitated discussion with "Traces" family member Dain Perry and his wife Constance will follow our screening. The film is open to the public, and we encourage all to attend and take part in this exciting and important dialogue. 
Save the Date! On Thursday, November 13th at 7 PM., Social Capital Inc. and St. John's Baptist Church will be showing "Traces of the Trade: A Story from the Deep North" at the Woburn Memorial High School auditorium. Following our screening of this provocative Sundance Film Festival entrant we will be holding a discussion of the film led by SCI Board Chair and "Traces" family member Dain Perry and his wife Constance.
