Learn Taiko Drumming with Odaiko New England!
Join our Recreation Taiko class (great for beginners) and learn the fundamentals of taiko drumming, an ancient and powerful Japanese art form. We emphasize good form, ensemble playing and, of course, FUN! Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water to drink. Be prepared to move your body!

Odaiko New England, located at 29 Montvale Ave in Woburn is offering a free Youth Taiko Workshop for youth aged 9-12 on Monday, May 11 from 4PM-5PM as well as an adult workshop on Tuesday, May 12th from 7PM to 8:30PM. In this popular workshop, new drummers learn Japanese taiko drumming fundamentals such as kata (form), kiai (vocalization) and kumidaiko (ensemble drumming).
