Soon I will begin welcoming the "Woburn Local" group to gatherings

This group is a quiet one, but it keeps growing.  I'm eager to make it more than virtual, and to learn about and with each of you.  Thanks to our increasing numbers, we can have worthwhile times together even if only one-third of all members show up on an occasion.

Because I wonder if this group can provide leadership for making Woburn a recognized Transition Town, I encourage you all to Google Transition Towns and start visiting the various UK and US sites pertaining to them.  Write to me if you want more specific instructions for this investigation.  read more »

Hello Woburn local members--let me chime in with my reasons for signing up for this group.  Of course, I have general interest in building up our local community that is reflected in my work developing SCI.  But I think what really grabbed my attention about this new group, from David E's posts, was it's connection to personal passion for tasty, healthy food.   read more »
