Chase Community Giving is a program run by Chase Bank, which distributes corporate philantrhopy dollars to local charities and nonprofits. The distribution of those funds is based on how many people vote online for their nonprofit.

On Sunday, Nov. 23, the Winchester High School Symphony will be joined by the 80-voice Scituate High School Chorus for a performance of one of choral literature’s most well-known masterworks, Schubert’s Mass in G. The performance will take place at St. Mary’s Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester, at 3 P.M. The event is a fundraiser for the Mission of Deeds, a not-for-profit agency that provides furniture and other essential household items to those in need throughout Middlesex and Essex Counties. 
The United Stationers yard sale has been postponed to Saturday, October 4 due to
