Mark Kerrigan, 45, of 7 Cedar Ave., pleaded not guilty during his arraignment Monday morning, Jan. 25, in Woburn District Court, where he was charged with assault and battery on a person over 60. State's unemployment up in December
The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development reported that unemployment rates were higher in December than in November in all of the Commonwealth’s 22 labor market areas.
